Yes, Loris Healthcare is operated and managed from Pakistan. All business operations, customer support, and order management are handled from Pakistan.

Where does Loris Healthcare ship?

We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.

Where do the products ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners to ensure delivery to the USA and Canada. Shipping arrangements are handled professionally to meet international delivery standards.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 14 to 28 days. Expedited shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

What are the shipping charges?

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of 29 USD. Expedited shipping is available for 39 USD. All shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Are customs duties or taxes included?

No, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping price. All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis, and any charges imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used healthcare products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect.
